First Lady Michelle Obama to Speak at Kentucky Center for African American Heritage on February 23rd

Fresh off recent appearances on BET Honors and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, first lady Michelle Obama will be speaking at a fundraiser at the Kentucky Center for African American Heritage on Thursday, and the local community is abuzz. Michelle OBama is popular among African American women. Do you think she will be a transforming figure as relates to the role of women in the black church?  If you are from Louisville, do you think her visit will spur economic growth for the struggling Kentucky Center for African American Heritage and adjacent West Louisville community?
