Pastor and renowned gospel artist Rev. Timothy Wright died April 23rd at age 61 of complications from a tragic July 4, 2008 automobile accident that took the life of his wife and grandson. He was the pastor of Grace Tabernacle Christian Center Church of God In Christ, Brooklyn, New York. The song Jesus, Jesus, Jesus (The Katrina Song) on his last album touched the hearts of so many African Americans. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Wright family, and the Grace Tabernacle church congregation.

ReplyDeleteI am saddened to hear that he has gone on because so many were blessed by his work for God but at the same time I am absolutely ELATED that he is now dancing in Heaven!
