Dr. Suzan D. Johnson Cook gave the annual MLK's commemorative lecture at Baltimore's Enoch Pratt Library. She told the audience to recall the "Spirit of Liberation," legacy won my MLK and the Civil Rights Movement. Dr. Cooks says everyone needs to do their part, "to make a difference,' and "to be strengthened by our struggle."
