Brandon Gamboa. Their criminal records were expunged and voting rights restored this year through our Ex-Offender Advocacy Initiative in partnership with St. Stephen Church.
Also joining us will be Archia Kinnard, Asst. Supervisor, Expungement and Information Processing, Hall of Justice to share information on the District Courts expungement process. She has handled expungements for 14 of her 18 years at the Hall of Justice. The majority of her cases involve either misdemeanor or violation convictions petitions or acquittal or dismissal with prejudice petitions. To obtain additional information, go to http://www.courts.ky.gov/.
If you know someone who is an ex-offender, please tell them about our Saturday's radio show!
